That is lovely of you to colour a picture for the worker having a birthday @Pepsimax Your such a sweetie

DBT is going ok - I missed half the session last week as I had a psych appointment early - will be there the whole time tomorrow. It is good having the day off in between work and DBT though - hopefully tomorrow will be ok.
