Can someone help me

It is quite ok that you only come on when you are at your lowest @Pepsimax that shows us that in those other times you are doing well and getting on with things in the outside world. It is however good to see you when you are doing well also - it provides encouragement for us all at those times too.

Yes nights are much harder for both of us @Pepsimax

@Zoe7 I nearly took to many meds got them out but put them back that's how bad it got

I hear you @Pepsimax - have done the same thing several times this past week It is not a nice place to be sitting but you got through it and are here with us and we are happy about that

Yes @Zoe7 proud of myself would have taken them awhile back couldn't say this either
