I have been putting off taking my meds because the wind has picked up here again so it may be a long night for me @Pepsimax - this is the kind of weather that is really triggering for me and the last thing I need today is to try to sleep and have flashbacks - so staying occupied is a good thing for now.

No plans for tomorrow as yet @Pepsimax It is usually a tricky day anxiety wise for me the day before DBT- and certainly will be if this wind continues. Hopefully I can feel ok enough to do a little more painting.

I hate the wind - not easy memories for me to deal with - especially at night!
I would rather it be raining - there is a calmness around hearing the rain hit the windows or fall on the roof - I quite like that sound.
How are your eyes feeling - getting sleepy yet @Pepsimax?
