I'm sick of feeling down and angry don't usually get angry I nearly threw my phone at the wall the other night want to do the same tonight @Snowie

@PepsimaxI understand those feelings well, especially when we get angry with ourselves, our MI, the world.
Could you perhaps try punching a pillow, screaming into a pillow, ripping some paper/cardboard apart to help with the anger.

Hi @Pepsimax - is anger derived from fear? I think my psycholigist told me that. If so, I wonder what the fear might be. Not an easy question.

Myself - I'm off for the long drive to Melbourne to see my psychiatrist. Haven't seen him since I left hospital 2 months ago. So this appointment is long overdue.
