I went to a podiatrist once last year. My feet felt smooth and beautiful for the first time in decades. Unfortunately it was a one off appointment.
Glad you managed a sleep. I don't cope well if I haven't slept.
Went to AA. Goes from 8pm to 9.30pm. But had to leave at 9 to pick up my son from work. He finished at 8.30 - but I thought he'd be right to wait half an hour. Anyway, an hour at the meeting is better than not going. Well worth it.
Too hard to do it all on my own. Need support. A bit like this forum. It's good to have people to talk to who understand how we're feeling.

The kids came out tonight, finally .... they haven’t wanted to go anywhere for weeks .... we saw some singers at a theatre.
