I have a social worker visiting with a trainee today. Need to pick up my son later, make phone calls, go shopping and cook tea. I am not planning too much.

What are your plans for today.

My plan is to get my tooshie off this chair and into the pool. I am still tired, so it’s more about getting motivated than exercising .... will just walk gently for a while, then try to nap later.

There is p-l-e-n-t-y of tidying up to do around here, but I just graze at that constantly. Everyone is still too wobbly for me to try to insist on pitching in and boundaries. They are barely meeting the critical commitments.

I have set my own boundaries. If the bulk of the cleanup is being left to me, then I will deal with it progressively and in a measured way.

Thanks @Pepsimax I dont really know how to measure it ... I tend to do too much then collapse in a heap ... learning to pace myself better ... Do you have much on ?

A great thing about being in water is that you can do gentle stretches and the buoyancy supports your weight. Enjoy the swim. @Faith-and-Hope
