@Pepsimax. I had a high anxiety day yesterday. Had the WorkCover approved gardener come around and clean up my messy overgrown garden. But having him here was stressful.
So today I feel like I've been hit by a truck. Absolutely no energy at all. So it's a bed day for me.
Where do you go with your support worker? For a coffee? To pay bills or shop?

I feel teary tonight I made some cards last week and have been meaning to write to a couple of people so could do that and post them tomorrow when i go to the shops @Jupiter
