Sorry I wasn't around last night, seems like it was a hard night. I took my meds pretty early.

@Pepsimax my day went downhill dramatically so no unpacking of boxes - haven't even found my way off the couch 
I hope you have had a more productive day - at least one which has had some happy moments in it 
@Shaz51 Sorry to hear you are in pain - is there anything that you do to help with the pain?

No need to be sorry @Shaz51 I was struggling and it was the middle of the night hahaha how are you going tonight I had a family thing on today was the last thing I wanted to do could have done with more sleep
