I am hoping I have made it through the hardest part of today which was late this afternoon and early this evening but I know anything could happen when I try to sleep - especially after such a tough day @Pepsimax - fingers crossed for a nightmare free sleep

Morning @Pepsimax, a rest day sounds great today.
Didn;t have a great overnight so a rest morning is happening here. This afternoon is at kids activities.
