I was going to do a stir fry but the complaints from the littler people made me change my mind tonight @Pepsimax. So it's a leftovers and throw together night. Eggs and salad for one, mushroom and eggs on rolls for another and sausages (with salad they won't touch) for the other. I might have some mushrooms. I'm multitasking at the moment 😁
