I can get anxious about those kind of commitments as well @Pepsimax. I think I've had lots of people let me know that try to let that part go for now. @Faith-and-Hope would suggest to me at these times to park it up for now. It's starting to sink in that it's more helpful to try and come back to something you can do now to distract. For me sometimes that's being on the forum, sometimes doing my jigsaw puzzles or getting a hot or cold drink and a small snack. I find if I can get up and physically move to a different part of the house it helps a bit. I hope this helps a bit but it's ok if it doesn't.

That sounds like a good plan @Pepsimax. I might join you and do it too. I've run out of hot chocolate and I keep forgetting to get it from the supermarket and then I get grumpy when I need a calming warm milk drink. I hope you enjoy yours.
