Try a hot shower and a hot drink @Pepsimax .... there is something about heat that help to soothe anxiety responses.

My mum used to tell me things like that @Pepsimax ...... she grew up with a Mum who had an undiagnosed, untreated mi ..... so she learned a few things about self-care that serve Carers and Lived Experiencers alike ......

I've taken one dog for a walk (with my case manager) & cleaned up a heap of washing that needed folding and put away.
