Hi @Pepsimax we haven't really met before but when the voices get to me I blast my music out and find it helps.
Atm I am listening to Barruda by Heart it is loud rock.

@Pepsimax I am going out soon to go for a walk with my headphones one really loud. It helps. Seeing nature and the blue sky distracts me. I will be bac on later. Try not to let it drag you down. gp xx
