I am doing okay @Pepsimax. I had some brain fog this morning, but I have had coffee, breakfast, and gone for a walk. It’s lovely and cool here this morning, but the afternoons have been really hot.
i have to remember to keep drinking water. Have you been keeping up water intake ?

What do you have available to distract yourself with while you are waiting for a hospital bed @Pepsimax ?
Can you do some artwork today ? Maybe do some body-art .... draw something on your arm ?
