Can someone help me

I used to be a typist, @Pepsimax. I can see how it would make it hard to be at the Feast if not so fast. For me, I sometimes can't switch between too many people at once and have to focus on only a small group at a time. Even better I kind of like one on one conversations.

We are good friends online going back almost three years now. @eth was one of the early members of the forum. You've been here quite a while now too.

It was around solstice, June, 2015 that I came online here, @Pepsimax.

How do you get to sleep on nights like this? Is there anything you do to settle yourself?

At the moment I feel very wired still, my mood is elevated (bipolar sliding). No use trying to sleep like this. But my sleep aid may start to bring on the tiredness before too long.

Is it hot where you are, @Pepsimax?

Here it's been about 29 degrees today, I think. It's pretty mild now but I've got the fans on inside cos the doors are shut. Sub-tropical climate. Was really hot and humid until about the end of last week.
