That is sad, I feel like giving you cliches to try to help your pain but I can't find one. Its okay to feel sad, it is appropriate. Feeling sad for people we miss is sign of respect and how much we loved them.

Hey @Pepsimax, sometimes I get overwhelmed when I think of those who've loved me and I've loved that have passed away. I was encouraged to light a candle and think of them, even talk to them if you want to (although I feel weird about that part, especially in the presence of others). Know that wherever they are now (I am a believer in a life after this one), they are at peace and still care for you. I'm sure they'd hate to see you suffering so much. Hugs Pepsimax
