Hi @Bubbles3 I’m new here but definitely not new to anxiety/depression. I’m ok right now but I struggle a lot.. I’ve had social anxiety all my life but now I’ve got something like C-PTSD from my abusive ex (father of my 16yo daughter).
A month ago I managed to roll my car doing 100kph on the freeway (stupidly trying to text). Physically I was miraculously fine, but emotionally it was more trauma and added to my general fear of being out of control, I think.
So the last month has been weird for me. I’m on another forum for anxiety/depression but it’s been really slow so I joined a few others and this one has stood out as being very open and supportive (also Australian) ☺️

well this forum is really good. unless you piss the mods off like i do. i also have PTSD , BPD,major depressive disorder with psychotic features , anxiety and agoraphobia
so your not alone here. we are all here to try to help each other

@Bubbles3 Yeah, as I say, the people seem really supportive of each other and open about how they’re feeling. The design/layout could be better eg. Easier to see what’s happening, where.. (Don’t hate me admin!) ☺️

@Bubbles3 The main one I’ve been on for years is anxietyforum.net but as I say, it’s been sooo quiet (there are no admins). Also the BeyondBlue forum and a couple of other overseas ones.
