I have a sneaking suspicion that you can carry it all on your own @Zoe7. 😜 It's been lovely to see the light side too, I know it's often a mask for the dark stuff but I'm sure it helps. Was going to drop into your thread to say 👋 but I may as well while I'm here. I hope you don't mind @Pepsimax.

@Former-Member Yeah - I think you are right lol The funny thing is - it is usually when I start to be really 'cheeky' that I know that the fog is lifting a bit. It is really hard to find the hunour in anything when I am spiralling down but it seems to be the exact opposite when I can see some light - does that make sense?

Hope your GP can help you out and you start feeling a little better. Have you been eating and getting some sleep?

@Pepsimax You must be needing the sleep!! Glad that you have eaten today - we both know how not eating affects you! So pleased that you have been drinking plenty of water.

I am just chillin' today - can't remember if I told you - but you probably already read about it - I had a few really tough days also. Didn't sleep for nearly 3 days and finally did last night- nearly 9 hours. I am still really tired today but I do feel a lot better. just watching footy on tv (well it's on in the background) and Toby is asleep next to me (where else would he be lol).
