Have you thought about listening to some mindful mediations on youtube. It's often eaiser to drift off if you listen to soothing sounds like the wind or ocean

Hey @CheerBear @Teej my parents are away talked to my sister though I colourcoloured the flowers and leaves cut them out and stuck them on the cards they look good - even if I say so myself
