Sometimes that can happen to me too after a good day @pepsmax. It's like the night comes, things are quiet, everything slows down a bit and then the nice feelings kind of go away.
Is that kind of what's happening or is it something different completely?

Sorry to hear that's how you're feeling tonight @Pepsimax. I get it, for sure.
I love having things in my bedroom that feel comforting and are snuggly/cuddly for that reason. Things like my blanket, nice bed sheets, even my lamp etc. I also have some pictures my kids have drawn me on the side of my desk near my bed and my desk has lots of little things on it that make me feel good too.
Have you got anything like that that can stay with you when those good feelings start going away?

@CheerBear I have 2 teddies and an emu I can cuddle and I put a new donna cover on my bed today with clean sheets so nice to get into
