I am so sorry you have had to go through that. I do know how hard it is to be in such a violent relationship - where you do 'what you have to do' to just stay 'alive'. You question everything about yourself and continually replay the hurt over and over - it becomes so overwhelming.

But you are here @Pepsimax and you are out of that relationship and you have a life now that is your own. Sometimes it doesn't seem like 'much of a life' - but at least it is life and you do have a future. Things can get better - you have already made huge steps over the last week with identifying some of the things you need at night - nights suck - I know that sooooo much - I hate the nights too.

I hear you my friend and am definitely here with you.
