Hi @Pepples thank you for swinging by this morning much appreciated I had the best day I could have a friend of mine that I hadn't seen for a year(she has been unwell with her own MI stuff) she is a iot better and we caught up today couldn't have asked for a better day to do it I really needed her today @Zoe7 @CheerBear @Faith-and-Hope @Phoenix_Rising @Shaz51 @Maggie and @Former-Member can you check in with me later tonight sometime thanks

How was dinner @Pepsimax? Sounds pretty delish!
We made a lentil bolognaise tonight. While I was staying at the break place I made and tried heaps of different food (I'm a super fussy eater) and discovered how versatile and delicious lentils are. It's been so long since I've had spag bol and it was so nice to eat it again! The house smells really good too!
