Remember all those coping strategies that you and niknik made. Have you tried any of those? Including drinking water and eating something. ..

Ive been pretty busy today. Did the psych homework and had a ride on my horse plaus looked after the part time care horses too

I'm having a very slow and steady day today which is nice. I'm about to hang out some washing on the line. It's the first time in forever that the clothesline will be able to be used! We had pancake brunch and I'm working on my blanket while the LF are playing different games and things.
