Hi @outlander thanks for responding its my overwhelming sad feelings it's so so so hard some nights it's the anniversary of a friends death on 31st July can't stop the downwards spiral sometimes

@outlander I'm going to talk to my support worker next week I was going to talk to her this week but she was off work for 3 days with cold-virus thing my friend Shelby who died had a really hard life but my psychiatrist told me the last 3 years years of her life were rhe best because I was in her life Shelby and I met in hospital we knew each other for a long time but didn't stay in contact outside of hospital

@outlander Shelby would come over and stay over we would ha e the best time all of her friends from hospital put on a 40th birthday party for her she said it was the best party she had
