@Shaz51 @CheerBear @Zoe7 @Faith-and-Hope and everyone else how's everyone's day been I've been busy today went to a launch for journalism students for helping understand more of people with disabilities I spoke and was on a panel that the students could ask questions to any of us exhausted but can't settle

I've had a really big busy day too and am feeling a bit that way as well (exhausted but struggling to settle). I'm calming down a bit after being on here for a while tonight.
