@Pepsimax you were able to uncover lots of useful tools to add to your toolbelt today. These are some ideas/suggestions we came up with today for you to access when you feel you need them.
1. keeping an eye on when you last ate and attending to that when needed. Am I hungry or thirsty?
2. connecting with your flat mate.
3. colouring in.
4. watching tv.
5. Calling to make an appoinment with your GP if needed.
I hope you are feeling more stable, connected and supported.

Hubby and I are very very tired today
Hubby had a very bad day on tuesday , but we made it home and Hubby is feeling a bit better today
