It's nice to meet you @readheaded. I agree with @Pepsimax - this forum has been a great source of support, and so many people here understand eavh other and the challenges faced. I hope your stay in hospital/psych is helpful for you.
@Pepsimax - what kinds of things will ypu get up to while you're there? Have you brought any colouring in?

Yes @CheerBear loads of colouring in I plan to do some tomorrow and most likely sleep in

Hi everyone I've had a good day so far went to my women's group this morning and finished my colouring in picture of a giraffe now i can give it to my friends Mum going to do some colouring in again soonish @Zoe7 @CheerBear @Shaz51
