@Pepsimax I know you are missing people that you have lost and you are feeling really sad but I just wanted to firstly let you know I am thinking of you although I am not capable of providing much support to anyone at the moment,and secondly to check in to see if you have eaten and drank enough - as I know you struggle even more with your feelings when you are hungry and thirsty.

I think it would be so frustrating to find yourself feeling like this often @Pepsimax. I know I can feel super frustrated at myself when I seem to get stuck.
I also know you've had heaps of experience getting through nights like tonight too though. Is there anything that's standing out that you can think of that's helped you recently?
