@PepsimaxI'm sorry to hear you are struggling. Missing people can be so hard at times. I'm glad @CheerBear has shared her post Reason, Seaspon, Lifetime today. It's helped me through the day already. For me it feels like a deep physical acheing at times. I'm glad you've come in and been open about where you are at anda I hope it helps. I was thinking the same as @Shaz51 has something in particular happened? You don't need to answer if that's not helpful for you xo

@Pepsimaxthe sense of loss left behind when ppl we love or care about can take a long time to fill or to even ease... there are people who do care about you though... might sound corny but it is true... and you aren't alone even though it may feel that way... other people are here today and so am I and would love you to chat with us x
