Sorry I've not been around for you guys. Our son is at Cub camp this weekend and I had to take some time with my partner to reconnect. We needed to remind ourselves how to enjoy each other's company again. So we went out last night and heard a brilliant soloist at one of our local pubs, had dinner and a few bevvies. No, I don't have a hangover either! 😊 But I do feel more refreshed.
Pepsi, I LOVE the list. Ice cube is ingenious. I would never have thought of that. Might try that one with our 8yr old, who is ASD and gets a little anxious. I must say, my go to is my dog. She's snuggled into me now, as usual.

sounds like a nice night ,We need to remind ourselves how to enjoy each other's company again, soooo true and because of our busy lives we forget to do these little things like going out for dinner
we did this last week , and we realized how nice it was 
like you said you do feel more refreshed
sounds like your dog missed you or does she do it all the time
