im glad your ears abit better today @Pepsimax
i had a very rough night so im just at home and doing the washing and cleaning the house and watching tv- well its jsut abit of noise so i dont go back into my head

yeah i had to get my SH tended to @Pepsimax and if it gets too quiet then the thoughts come back uncontrollably so im tryng to take it easy as they arent pretty this time but i need to do something i guess
ive gotta do the dishes too and the kitchen so we can clean that up together
