How are you travelling today @Pepsimax? I'm sorry I haven't been around. I've been struggling with my big feelings and I find the forums a double-edged sword in terms of helping and not-helping all at the same time! I'm glad there are lots of people around here to help you when you are feeling overwhelmed. I hope today is a brighter day for you

I'm good @Pepsinax .... out walking by the river at the moment ....not an ideal time of day, but the weather is fairly mild, and I'm slathered with sunscreen .....

I took a long walk this morning, and it's been a slow day of housework after that .... not terribly exciting. The river was beautiful though .... no dolphins today, but there were pelicans .....

@Pepsimax Good to hear you are ok atm I'm ok. Went to GP appointment, walked around some shops and am now settling on the couch to watch the cricket.
