@Pepsimax. I hope you are enjoying your chinese meal. Chinese food always reminds me of my Gran. It was her favourite food. When we'd take her out for lunch or dinner every fes weeks, we'd ask where she would like to go, then at the same time as Gran said it, everyone in the car would say it too. "To a Chinese Restaurant of course".

@Pepsimax I had left over chili con carne. 3 days in a row. It is good to only need to cook every 3 days though.
My friend brought around some homemade pumpkin soup she made today. So I'll enjoy that tomorrow.

And I have just tossed some chicken mince balls into a bottled white sauce with some mushrooms, carrots, chopped snow peas and a can of corn ..... to serve over ready rice
..... into my trusty stock pot, and I'm off walking again. D3 is in a bad mood. Not staying home with that. Will try painting again later.

@Pepsimax can you try angry scribbling instead ? Take a piece of paper, a coloured pencil that represents angry feelings to you, and just scribble until those SH feelings have passed ......
