No need to apologise @Pepsimax. I'm glad you're here, rather than dealing with this on your own.
Perhaps @Shaz51 and @outlander and I can help with some suggestions for alternatives to cope:
I know I mentiond these the other night:
- Rubber band or ice against skin
- shower or bath
- having a cup of hot tea, and feeling the heat of the cup against your skin
Remind yourself that these intense feelings will pass.
