Re: Can someone help me

@Pepsimax sounds like you got some emotions at the moment. Did anything happen today to trigger this?

Would some distractions help?

- Using ice on your skin

- a cold bath

- a rubber band against your skin.

Re: Can someone help me

I have just said goodnight to everyone but wanted to reply to you first @Pepsimax

You are not worthless my friend. The horrible person that has made you feel like this should be feeling these feelings NOT you. People in our lives hurt us because of their own inadequacies and need to be in control. Your strength and courage helped get you through this period in your life (and a little help from your Dad) and you should be very proud of yourself for asking for help and moving forward with your life. Baby steps are definitely what we take when we are confronted again with these hurtful and painful memories - you are not alone in any of this and I want you to know that I am proud of you and you really matter @Pepsimax - and to me you are a very worthwhile, wonderful and caring human being who deserves to be treated with respect, compassion, caring and dignity.

Sending you huge hugs and lots of love...

Zoe
