Have you had enough to drink also @Pepsimax - I know I am being predictable here lol but I know it does sometimes make you feel worse when you are not hydrated enough!

Im having a roast but i have to wait im about to head back to the gp
@Pepsimax i havent found out much just yet atill very worried though. Im about to leave now as it take me abit to get there and they said come down any time now so just about to leave

@Zoe7 I think I'm dehydrated drinking like a fish talked to Dad too he calls me an inspiration with all that I have to deal with the MI as well as all my physical health issues it's hard sometimes you've got to be on the ball with everything but I keep plugging away it's great to have the forum family

I agree with your Dad - you are an inspiration - I have seen such a growth in you over the last few weeks and I believe that is completely down to you wanting to do better and asking for help to get there. That takes both courage and trust - and that is inspiring to me Pepsimax
