My life sucks

@MissGremlin I still find it hard to accept reality

so for me when I can’t get everything that I want in life, then it leads me to have negative thoughts as usual, including the su!c!dal thoughts that I mentioned to you about a few days ago. I’m safe, it just really sucks how things for me have to go this way & again, I just really hate how I can’t get everything I want in life. 😒 I also especially hate on how rare it is to have such compassionate and kind people in this world.

@Blackcloud i hear you and I understand sweet. It's so hard when we can't have the life we imagined, it's hard to accept. You're not alone in this feeling sweet and I too get those thoughts around suicide when things get overwhelming. Please know that we are here for you and we care so much about you. today wasn’t really my day (because I was having a dilemma over something that I’ll need to make a formal decision of in the next month) so hoping that tomorrow would be a more ok day for me generally

@MissGremlin you know the thing about my mum when it comes to issues that are related to our ethnic country, even though my mum herself is aware of such issues but she still argues that Cambodians are really good people and that Cambodia is a nice country blah blah blah - so basically she still speaks good about our ethnic background despite all of these issues, even though I’ve read some bad stuff that have happened to foreigners there before

i just feel really sorry for all the foreigners

its already 11am on here and I still haven’t gotten out of bed yet 😂😴

honestly I find being in bed at home to be easier than going out and try to move by body & I know that doing the latter is better than not, but still.. 🫠🫠

@Blackcloud Good morning lovely. It’s ok to be in bed resting. There’s still plenty of time to get a bit of exercise and you do get out and about so don’t feel guilty.

Im up but still in my pj. I’ve just been on forums a little and not done anything in particular.

It’s overcast in my part of Melbourne and supposed to be 27 where I am today. Looks like it might rain at some point.

@Cuddlebear Yeah in my area it’s meant to be 29 degrees but right now it’s 21 which is actually better than anywhere that’s more than 24 degrees Celsius

Perhaps I should go out for a bit or something
