Relationship advise

Advise please

I've been seeing this guy for about 4 months and it was going great we would phone every night he said it was turning into something serious. Then I went on holiday for about a month but thing were still good he was texting me nearly everyday he was saying he missed and couldn't wait to see me. Then when I was due to come back he texted saying he was gonna go to Bali for a week or so but that we would see each other when he was back, but since he's been there he wasn't texted at all. So I texted him 2 days ago asking "Are we all good" and have had no reply.

Hello @El42, I can hear your worry. Is it possible that he isn't able to send or receive messages at the moment being that he is in Bali. I know it's hard to not think the worst but maybe there's a reason he hasn't replied.

Hope he replies to you soon and that things are ok as it sounds like you were really making a connection with each other.

Hi @El42, it sounds very suspicious, I want to agree with @MissGremlin in regards to him maybe not having call roaming enabled due to costs, but given that nowadays it's easier to get free wifi than it is to get a free cup of water, I find it highly doubtful.

If a guy is into you there's no way you would be ghosted intentionally. There are however a couple of other plausible reasons for the communication breakdown, his phone may have been stolen or broken, maybe he's not well or in hospital.

Try to stay positive as you'll hopefully find out the reason when he comes back.

In the event that he has ghosted you, make sure you reach out for support, whether that's here or from friends and family.

I do sincerely hope that it's just a case of his phone being broken or stolen.
