Cooking is a great way to keep distracted. It's great that you have found things to help stop you overthinking.
I do lots of colouring and different crafts to keep myself distracted 😊

Cooking @Kody ! You can do all the cooking for me! I haven't cooked in years. I HATE cooking with a passion. Purely because of the mess. I don't like the kitchen being a mess.

I'll be overseas in India during Christmas. It's my second visit to India. I love the culture there. But I don't like the food.

@ale_inmelb the cold can have an impact on physical health. I have arthritis in several spots and it does not like the cold either.
