Re: The darkness is overwhelming

My niece makes me furious, but besides that, I'm okay I guess.

What, wait.. chiro helps anxiety? @avant-garde

@tyme

What is your niece doing to make you furious?

There are no studies to say chiro helps anxiety

After the seizure last week due to having a male practitioner I had to talk to the supervisor (as they're final year students so we get it for free) to have it on file that I can only have female practitioners

Re: The darkness is overwhelming

She's just really difficult. Argues about everything and is never grateful. I've been so so so patient with her but enough was enough @avant-garde . She's been sleeping with me every night, and I hate it. So after her recent behaviour, I took her pillow and stuff and left it outside my door so she doesn't come over.

At least I have my own bed!

Anyway, I just needed to get it off my chest. All good now.

I"m sorry you had a seizure after your last appt. I'm so glad they put in on your file. Thank you for clarifying. I was so confused and thought chiros ease anxiety!

Maybe you need plushies so there's no room for her

You deserve to be heard too, you matter to us 💜

It happened during my last session and the student didn't notice

Re: The darkness is overwhelming

I don't know if I told you, but I am a minimalist. I don't have a single plushie in my house. Not even ONE. @avant-garde I don't have a single bit of carpet in my house. I have one 2 seater lounge (which I want to get rid of). I don't even have a dining table.

I just don't like 'stuff'.

Thank you for hearing me out and letting me let some steam off. I've got a sore head from being so upset.

Also, I'm sorry the student didn't recognise your need at that time. Was there a supervisor in the room at the time?

I've had support from uni students in the past. I used to attending mindfulness sessions each week. It was pretty good.
