How are you feeling this Anzac Day?

I am really unsure on how to do this, whether you are a person who works here or a person needing help.

To answer your question, I'm really sorry but all these dates that are significant inc my birthday have not been significant in any way.

I have just got off my tele-health sesh with my psych.

I have social anxiety and he suggested an online group to video chat.

I am pretty sure this is not one of thise but was hoping to be pointed in the right direction

I hear this is a challenging time for you. We are here if you want to have a chat about it. Social anxiety can get the best of us, and sometimes, it's helpful just to be able to talk about it with someone.

I just joined today as someone who has an interest in veterans affairs and the need for support for them

I'm not too sure how to go about it but I'm merely offering me as someone to talk to and vent to if needed....maybe the mods here can advise on how I can do this?
