@MJG017 my 4peat print is finally up. I am so grateful that my partner found the time to do this for me. Now I am happy 😊

@MJG017 Since my boys had their pink jersey on for their last grand final win, I went with some pink lights. Lol

@rav3n thanks
I follow the Penrith Panthers in the NRL (Rugby League). And it's the first time in rugby history, that a team has won a premiership 4 times in row.

Major Panthers fan here 🐾
Living at the foot of the mountains means we are lucky enough to see them out and about. Hoping to attend this weeks game if this virus goes away!!

They look awesome up on the wall finally. The pink lights are a nice touch. Everything looks better with some coloured lighting. 😁
I hope you're doing well.

@MJG017 currently I am just plodding along in life and not doing anything exciting. I have a doctors appointment on the 6th and I am go to ask for new antidepressants and antipsychotics. And I don't want weight gain as one of the side effects that I have to deal with. I am now at the heaviest I have ever been. Which of course is putting more pressure on my back and knees, and I have finally reached the point where I have had enough and something needs to be done.
I ordered some bathers the other day, as I want to start using the swimming centre up the road, to do some sort of exercise to help build my core muscle strength up.
How have you been going?

@Mustang67
I'm sorry to hear you're still having to sort out your meds. It must be so frustrating! Let alone all the other issues it must cause. Hopefully the GP can get it sorted out for you.
We used our local swim centre to do some of those exercise programs a while back. It was great for a good workout without the impact. It was just bloody cold when you go out to the car after you're done in the middle of winter. A smarter person would have taken a robe. 🤔 We stopped when they shut down after the covid lockdowns started, so I guess it's been quite a while since we've been. My partner has talked about getting back into it recently. It's only a minute's drive away from home so I really should.
As for me, well... let's just say health-wise, things aren't exactly going well. Damn oncologists never seem to have good news! 😞 I don't know why i keep going. 🙂

@MJG017 I am so sorry to hear about your bad news.I fricken hate that disease 😢
Because of all the different aspects of my issues, it is not helping me to try and stay positive. But I am determined to do anything that is going to help my quality of life.

@Mustang67
Thanks. I'm not a huge fan of it myself. 😉
I know it's different, but I do know about being positive not always being an option and just focusing on quality of life. Sometimes it's all we can really do. I do wish you all the best in improving yours as much as possible.

Hi @MJG017 long time no chat. I received some great news on Monday. After 22 months CentreLink have finally approved my DSP. I am so grateful that the wait is over and I don't have to provide Medical Certificates every 3 months or attend an employment agency and not be listened to.
