There is a familiarity here

But it's replaced by a colour

Inside I say it

Outloud I say it

There isn't control

It's intrusion

I'm forgetting why

I have acquired brain injury, and due to that along with medication I repeat words, I have been heavily stuck on Orange for a while and it's been frustrating to say the least, I don't normally post my poems but it's been difficult to remember to be kind to myself so I wanted to post to remind other their no alone in the frustration.
