@ArraDreaming i get your frustration and i understand wanting to lash out at yourself, i get like that too but it's really not helpful. Do you think maybe listening to some music or grabbing a nice drink and sitting somewhere comfy might help?
It's ok to feel this way and sometimes all we can do is sit with the feeling until it passes.

@ArraDreaming what's it like outside where you are? It's been a bit warm where I am today but it's slowly cooling down.
