also, I just went grocery shopping just to get the ingredients from the recipe that I showed you earlier today - they all costed around the 20s in total so not too bad 👍🏼 all of the ingredients I've got except for one were all from Aldi so that's even better considering Aldi is cheaper than woollies and Coles.

Hi @tyme I would love to do some kind of advocacy.

I am happy to use my story to raise awareness, increase understanding of general public, media, emergency services, policy makers, health providers etc

However, I just noticed you said forums "jobs". I'm not 100% sure, maybe some kind of research on what people seem to come to the forums for, what they think they get out of it etc or possibly a kind of supportive role

And maybe the odd recipe @tyme ....I don't normally cook, but last time I was in a unit we made these vegan chocolate muffins - which I initially thought were going to be terrible but were some of the best muffins I've ever had. I'm sure some people here cook and could supply the odd recipe.
