There is a lot to be said for physical fitness and you would have participated at an elite level.
Is your body very efficient at sweating?
My body is like, we’re exercising 🎉 I’ll turn your built in shower on.
I did some landscaping with my son in QLD. Without exaggeration I have been so drenched in sweat that I looked like I had stepped out of a shower fully clothed.

@Former-Member 😂😂 that would be the best name for a pig. But alas, no....she is a puppy with face markings which is why the breeder sold me for a bit cheaper but that is what endeared her to me, so a win for her and I.

I did come up with some other's but they're not really appropriate, the tradie in me started popping out ( as in the fact column called "get Fact", best not to pronounce with an accent)

Yes @ArraDreaming ! I'd love a section on Culture and Country. Collect any pamphlets you come across so it can help with the content.
@Ainjoule , snarky? Not at all! Don't stress about the recipe thing. We are just throwing all our ideas into the pot even if you think my ideas are crap- it's totally okay. After all, it's our newsletter, not mine.
The only thing we CAN"t have on the newsletter is any clinical advice or anything about medication, weight loss ideas etc. I know weight loss is a controversial one, but we need to remember those who are struggling with eating disorders. Hope that makes sense.
