I love rabbits. all kinds of rabbits. they are a very misunderstood creature. they are sensitive yet stubborn. need social interaction with other bunnies and people. they are determined little souls and of course they are super cute.

@GezzaP Hello lovely how are you? No worries in telling me about your back pain. It’s totally ok and I don’t mind at all.
I have a back injury and have pain there as well. It’s not fun at all.
Are you able to see a physiotherapist at all to help? I just got a referral to one through public mental health local.

@Cuddlebear hey Cuddlebear i am doing well. have been super busy lately which is a good thing. visited my mum today which was great. she is getting old she is 91 this year so i want to spend as much time with her as possible. how are you sweetheart? if ever you need to talk you know where i am. take good care of you hunny. love bun xxx

I find chiro and acupuncture work better and are cheaper @Cuddlebear . My back is bad but only had 2 spasms in bed last night better than the 20 or so I had the night before. In a lot of discomfort. Getting shoes on and off very painful. Showering is hard too. Moan moan excuse me.

Back pain is worse I’m afraid @Cuddlebear . Had spasm again in bed, putting shoes on and getting lunch. I’m eating really badly because it’s all I can manage. Sorry for moaning but I feel terrible. Hope your day is ok.

Im not doing great still. Very much struggling and havnt been able to find any relief. Things people do are not working for me and I’m pretty isolated with no real support network. 😞
