I love rabbits. all kinds of rabbits. they are a very misunderstood creature. they are sensitive yet stubborn. need social interaction with other bunnies and people. they are determined little souls and of course they are super cute.

@Bunniekins the GP gave me patches, I am optimistic because the tablet I've been taking for the last few years doesn't prevent hot flushes and night sweats. I'm not sure if you're on HRT, I was on one that starts with K if you are on it.
My dad is a Vietnam vet and he blames the army for all his troubles. If it's not the army its his stepfather or his ex wives. Or his kids. Never his fault. The reason he's got COPD is because of the dieldrin that was sprayed over the crops in Vietnam. Nothing to do with the fact he smoked for 35 years had nothing to do with it, his specialist told him so. Meh!
I'm sorry you have a father like mine. No one deserves that. 🫂

@ENKELI Hey ENKELI i havent been put on any HRT but i have one of the symptoms which is too personal to talk about here (wouldnt it be great if we could meet up for a girly cup of coffee in rl and discuss these things anyways ....) i will definitely discuss with doc because i am quite uncomfortable.....
My father was a drunk and an aggressive drunk. how does the saying go "street angel home devil".
it stuffs up your relationships with men i found.

@Bunniekins I understand re the symptoms. I've just been chatting with one of my close friends who is about to turn 50 next month and she asked me about symptoms as she said she can't stop crying. Well I remember those days!
Definitely worth talking to your GP about it if you are of the age. I experienced irregular cycle, changes in that region...it's lucky I enjoy being single because the sex drive was in park for ages! Yes it would be great if we could do the rl chat over a coffee and muffin!
I always swore I would never marry a man like my father because he wasn't around. So both my fiances and my long term partner all did what dad did to his 3 wives, cheated.
And being so badly rejected made me crazy (well crazier than normal 🤣) and I did some pretty dumb things which I still regret.
I almost choked when my father told me he wanted to adopt a little Vietnamese boy but wasn't sure how mum would feel. I wanted to tell him that it was lucky he didn't considering he neglected his 5 biological children and the little boy would have been left with mum. He didn't even bother turning up to the custody hearing for my brother and I, didn't care that mum took us back home to WA from Canberra. He was too busy doing his girlfriend who became wife #2 (the Army didn't take lightly to people living together and having a baby out of wedlock so they had to get married. Never mind he was cheating on his wife, that was okay).
Good grief, sorry I raved on honey Bun, he tends to bring it out in me.

Good morning @Bunniekins , @ENKELI, @StuF , @Cuddlebear , @MissGremlin and anyone else out there. I went back to sleep in the arm chair for nearly 3 hours yay.
Done my physio exercises and some chair yoga.
Noticed another paint drip - won’t scrape off chair - will have to try something else on it. But not now feeling dopey.
Will do some Spanish lessons. Due to have breakfast in an hour, but ate earlier so might eat a bit later today, maybe after I walk at 7.15am if not raining.

@Bunniekins Not too busy today. Did my Spanish lessons in 3 blocks. Walked up shop. Watered pots including some indoor
plants put those outside to water so I’ll have to bring them back in.
Need to put some more files back on shelf in spare bedroom.
No cooking today. Got leftovers and lasagne for tea. So will just have to reheat.
It is still early her - 8.50. Fancy s nap. Slept poorly again.
