@Bunniekins Thanks! My stomach was still rather acidic but i was not nauseous this morning, so that was already much better than been the last few days. My mood is much better as well this morning. Hopefully it will outlast the Weekend.
The problem with acidity is that anti acids also cause me kidney stones, for i found out to my horror that they have a high amount of calcium carbonate in each tablets. And i need 4 tablets at times to settle my stomach when it is in a bad state.
Yet this is the very substance my stones are made of my doctors told me last time i ended up in hospital. Then i had a big stone that needed a surgical procedure to remove it. i know i should avoid calcium based foods or balance my Ph levels every day using lemon juice.
( i have been trying to do the latter for we do have a lemon tree! With many beautiful tasting and very juicy lemons on it, all year around, but silly me i always slack off when i have no more issues.)
Yet talk about getting an uncomfortable procedure having a large stone removed. It took two nurses to keep me down when i woke up from the operation. For i had such immense burning need to go to the toilet, that i literally between waking and sleeping waking up try to run to the toilet, but i had a cataract in and was not allowed to go to the toilet at the time! That was truly a most awful sensation.😞
Maybe my Church Elder will come today for a visit, he said he would try make it Friday on Tuesday, but i have not heard from him again since then. So i'll see i suppose. He has been very supportive, unlike most of his predecessors, most would never come, or stay in contact if they did once, apart of their yearly official visit, and then would thankfully announce how good God was looking after me being so sick.😝
@MissGremlin @Chasingsunsets @ENKELI @AlwaysMyself How is every one else today? i hope you are all on top of it.🤗
