I love rabbits. all kinds of rabbits. they are a very misunderstood creature. they are sensitive yet stubborn. need social interaction with other bunnies and people. they are determined little souls and of course they are super cute.

Had a reasonable sleep and then woke up in the middle of the night. Have been using an energy technique called the "hookup" exercise which calms the system and gets you back to sleep in the middle of the night. Forgot to do it last night but getting used to using it in my self-care toolkit.
